We are not responsible for any lost data. We will work with you to ensure that your data is properly backed up before performing any work that may compromise your data.

Unless on a monthly support plan, payment is due at the time of service completion, and we accept cash or credit cards.

Unless on a monthly service plan, if we diagnose a problem but you choose not to proceed with repairs, you will still be charged a diagnostic fee.

We may need to keep your computer for a few days to complete the repairs, and we will communicate with you during the process.

We provide a 30-day warranty on the services we provide, starting from the date the service was completed.

If you have any issues with the service provided, please contact us within 30 days of the service completion date.
